As a Super Admin at Conzlab Berhad, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting multiple departments in optimizing workflow efficiency. You will act as the central point of contact for administrative functions, systems management, and process improvement while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Your role is key in fostering a structured and organized work environment that enhances productivity across the organization.


Job Scope

As the Super Admin, you will oversee and execute projects related to business licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance. This includes:

  • Systems & Data Management: You are the guardian of data integrity. You will oversee administrative databases, implement automation to streamline approvals, and ensure all internal documentation is both efficient and policy-compliant.
  • Operational Coordination: You act as the central hub for the office, managing facilities, vendor relationships, and interdepartmental communication. This includes high-level logistics such as scheduling and travel arrangements for key personnel.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: You ensure the company stays within legal and internal boundaries. This involves maintaining meticulous records, acting as a liaison with regulatory authorities, and proactively identifying potential risks in business operations.
  • Process Optimization: Beyond just following rules, you are expected to design better workflows. You will develop best practices and utilize digital tools to make the tracking and reporting of licensing processes faster and more transparent.
  • IT & User Enablement: You serve as a bridge to the IT department by managing system access, troubleshooting administrative software, and training employees to ensure the entire team is proficient with the company's digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily administrative functions to support company operations.
  • Manage and improve workflows, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
  • Assist in policy implementation, regulatory compliance, and office administration.
  • Act as a key contact for internal administrative queries and requests.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to support business processes.

Must Have

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.
  •  Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. 

Nice to have

  • Experience in system administration, workflow automation, or process improvement.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in business operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems for better operational management.
  • Previous experience working in a corporate environment or multinational company.
