What is KWSP E-Payroll?
Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is aware of the problems faced by SMEs and thus, wishes to help its employers by launching an initiative called e-Payroll. e-Payroll is a free-to-use Payroll system which will be provided to all employers registered under i-Akaun Majikan.
In other words, employers who
are onboard with i-Akaun Majikan now will have a FREE payroll system to rely on, while processing
their payroll, starting 17th April 2021.

Step to start a KWSP E-Payroll.
1. Visit [KWSP Employer Login].
2. Enter User ID to login Employer I-AKAUN.
3. After login to home pages, click [e-Payroll].
4. Click [Employees].
5. Click [Add Employee].
6. Key in Employee New IC Number.
7. Key in Employee Details.
8. Key in Employee employment details.
9. Key in employee monthly Basic Salary amount.
10. Click [Add Compensation] to check in amount if the employee are been paid for OT, Allowance, Benefit in kind or Remunerations.
11. Key in employee payment method and Bank acc details, after done key in all employee details, click [SAVE].
12. Click Payroll.
13. Click [Proceed with payroll]. Click [View payslip to download payslip]. You may according to payslip for calculated employee net wages.
14. Click [Proceed with EPF Contribution Payment] to paid employee monthly EPF contribution.
