Hi everyone, and welcome to this general onboarding training module on Conzlab’s Organizational Structure.

Understanding how an organization is structured helps us appreciate how leadership, responsibilities, and decision-making flow within a company. In this session, we’ll explore the core leadership team at Conzlab Group and how each member contributes to the company’s success. Whether you’re a new team member or simply looking to understand our corporate structure, this module will give you valuable insight into how we operate.

I am Jeffrey Eh Hao Yih, the CEO and COO of Conzlab Group. As the Chief Executive Officer, I lead the company’s overall strategic direction and operations. My role includes driving growth, ensuring profitability, and guiding the executive team to stay aligned with Conzlab’s vision and compliance requirements. Under my leadership, Conzlab continues to expand and adapt in today’s fast-evolving market, reinforcing our position as an innovative leader in the industry.

Supporting the company’s technological foundation is Mr. Leong Zhang Soon, our Chief Technology Officer. He leads the development and implementation of technology strategies, focusing on innovation and operational efficiency to maintain a strong competitive edge.

Meanwhile, Ms. Penny Lim, our Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial planning, risk management, and compliance. Her leadership ensures sound financial practices that enable sustainable growth and long-term profitability across the group.

Supporting our digital transformation efforts is Mr. Darwis Toh, our Chief Digital Officer. His role focuses on advancing Conzlab’s digital innovation and transformation initiatives, helping the company adopt new technologies and improve digital workflows to enhance overall business performance.

Managing our internal technology operations is Mr. Low Jia Jun, our Chief Information Officer. He oversees the company’s ERP system, IT infrastructure, and technology resources such as IT materials and system management. He also ensures data security and the smooth operation of our digital systems, helping employees work efficiently and safely with the tools they need.

Conzlab’s organizational structure is built on strong leadership, clear responsibilities, and a shared commitment to innovation and progress. Each member of the C-suite plays a vital role in shaping the future of the company. By understanding who they are and what they do, we gain a clearer picture of the strategic direction of Conzlab.
