In this role, you won't just be "support"—you will be the face of legal reliability for our clients. You will bridge the gap between complex legal requirements and seamless customer experience, ensuring our clients feel secure knowing their inquiries are handled by a licensed professional.

Job Scope

• Expert Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing legally grounded guidance and support.
• Trust & Assurance: Utilize your legal background to explain processes and compliance requirements to clients, building long-term confidence in Conzlab’s services.
• Legal Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of basic legal documents, contracts, and corporate secretarial paperwork.
• Problem Resolution: Address client concerns with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring all advice remains within the scope of company policy and local regulations.
• Liaison: Act as a bridge between the clients and our senior legal/operations team to ensure accurate information flow.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a valid Practicing Certificate (or recently called to the Bar).
• Communication: Exceptional command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong plus to support our diverse client base).
• Mindset: A strong "service-first" attitude. You should enjoy helping people solve problems as much as you enjoy legal research.
• Skills: Ability to simplify complex legal jargon into easy-to-understand advice for business owners.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in corporate services are encouraged to apply.
