Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager (Licensing & Compliance) to oversee regulatory and business licensing projects across Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end compliance processes, ensuring that businesses meet government regulations, secure necessary permits, and mitigate compliance risks.
The Project Manager will work closely with clients, government agencies, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure efficient approvals. This role requires strong project management expertise, regulatory knowledge, and problem-solving skills to deliver seamless licensing and compliance solutions.
Job Scope
As the Project Manager, you will oversee and execute projects related to business licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance.
This includes:
- Lead and manage licensing and compliance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Provide regulatory and compliance advisory to clients, helping businesses obtain the necessary licenses and permits.
- Act as the main liaison between clients, government agencies, and regulatory authorities to facilitate application approvals.
- Identify compliance risks and improve internal processes to ensure efficient and accurate project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of all licensing applications and regulatory interactions.
