营业执照

While setting up business at a new location, the most basic requirements from government was business license, but most of the enterprenuers doesn't know the procedure of application and what documents should be prepared and required to completed the application in order to obtain business license. Operating without a valid MBPG license is an offence and can lead to fines and other enforcement action by the council.

Every business premises within the area of Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang (MBPG) needs a valid business license before it starts operating. Prepare your SSM documents, tenancy agreement and premises details early, and display the license at your premises once it is issued.

Operating without a valid license from Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang (MBPG) is an offence: under the Local Government Act 1976, breaching a council by-law can lead to a fine of up to RM2,000, imprisonment of up to one year, or both, plus up to RM200 for each day the offence continues.
