MBIP 商业执照（位于 SILC 工业区，振林山）

While setting up business at a new location in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, the most basic requirements from government was MBIP business license, but most of the entrepreneurs doesn't know the procedure of application and what documents should be prepared and required to completed the application in order to obtain MBIP business license. Operating without a valid MBIP license is an offence and can lead to fines and other enforcement action by the council.

招牌执照 是申请 MBIP 商业执照时必须同时申请的证件之一。在向市议会（MBIP）申请招牌执照之前，招牌内容必须经过 马来西亚国家语文局（Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, DBP） 认证。 很多人会在招牌上使用与 SSM 注册名称不同的名称，或者使用 非马来语 的文字，这些都会被 DBP 驳回。如果 DBP 认证未通过，招牌执照的申请将面临问题，导致整个审批过程延误。

Operating without a valid license from Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP) is an offence: under the Local Government Act 1976, breaching a council by-law can lead to a fine of up to RM2,000, imprisonment of up to one year, or both, plus up to RM200 for each day the offence continues.
