Details

  • Relevant technical experience for the construction industry
• Suitable for small-to-medium projects like residential developments, shop lots, and light infrastructure works.

• G3 license holders are restricted to projects valued up to RM1,000,000.

Compound & Punishment

• Conducting construction work without a valid CIDB license may result in:
  • Fines up to RM5,000.
  • Suspension or cancellation of the CIDB license.
  • Legal action under Act 520.
• Exceeding the approved project value limit (RM1,000,000) can result in penalties, license suspension, and restrictions on future tenders.
