Compound & Punishment
- Conducting construction work without a valid CIDB license may result in:

- Suspension or cancellation of the CIDB license.
- Legal action under Act 520.
- Exceeding the approved project value limit (RM1,000,000) can result in penalties, license suspension, and restrictions on future tenders.
