As an ERP Implementer at Conzlab Berhad, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth execution of projects related to enterprise resource planning system deployment and software configuration. Job Scope
- Provide technical support for project planning, system configuration, and software execution.
- Maintain and update system records, technical design documents, and testing reports to ensure compliance with client business requirements.
- Coordinate communication between internal technical teams, clients, and software vendors.
- Monitor system development progress, track data deliverables, and ensure timely completion of software tasks.
- Assist in preparing system workflows, data migration templates, and technical integration submissions.

Must Have
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a software implementation, systems analysis, or technical project coordination role, preferably in an enterprise software consulting environment.
- Strong logical reasoning and workflow mapping skills with deep attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP software suites, database structures, and advanced data tools (such as Excel, SQL, or specialized reporting systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Experience in business workflow analysis, system migration, or working directly with software deployment teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.
- Certification in ERP solutions, Systems Analysis, or relevant software modules is an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial accounting, supply chain management, or corporate inventory workflows.
