Employer Eligibility Requirements
1. Registration & Compliance
a. Must be registered/contributing under:
- Employees' Social Security Act 1969 (Act 4)
- Employment Insurance System Act 2017 (Act 800)
b. Business must be registered with SSM/ROS/ROB/PBT or equivalent.
2. Job Posting & Recruitment
- Must advertise the vacancy and complete employer profile on MYFutureJobs Portal.
- Preferred hiring from MYFutureJobs-registered candidates. If hiring externally, the employee must be registered on the portal post-recruitment.
3. Employee Requirements
a. New hires must:
- Register and complete their MYFutureJobs profile (including IC, address, education, work experience).
- Receive at least government-mandated minimum wage.
4. Employment Terms
- Contract type: Permanent or fixed-term (min. 12 months).
- Working hours must comply with Employment Act 1955.
- Strict prohibition: Employers cannot terminate existing staff to replace them with Daya Kerjaya 3.0 hires.
5. Reporting Obligations
- Update employee termination dates by the 15th of the following month via MADANI Career Portal - Daya Kerjaya 3.0 and ASSIST Portal

2. Ineligible Employees
- Those currently receiving Budget 2024 employment incentives for vulnerable groups (OKU, seniors, ex-convicts, retirees)
- Family members of employers (parents, spouses, siblings, children)
- Non-citizens (excluding permanent/temporary residents)
- Workers who were laid off or resigned after participating in this program and left the employer before this application
- Business owners applying for themselves
- Public sector staff (federal/state statutory bodies, PBTs) and self-employed individuals
