2. Eligibility for Refund

Full Refund:

• Clients are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment, provided that project onboarding or work has not yet commenced.

Partial Refund: 

• If a project is cancelled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued. This will be calculated by deducting the value of professional hours already worked, internal administrative fees, and any non-refundable third-party disbursements or filing fees (e.g., official SSM incorporation filing fees or local council premise license processing charges).

Non-Refundable Items: 

• Services that have been fully delivered.
• Official statutory processing fees, government filing charges, or third-party disbursements (e.g., SSM filings, local council submissions, company search fees) that have already been paid out or processed. 
• Strategic deposits as explicitly specified in individual service contracts.
  

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Send a formal request to info@conzlab.com.
2. Provide Details: Include your Invoice Number, Date of Payment, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
3. Review Period: Our finance and project management teams will review your request and provide a response within 3 business days.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, etc.). Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
