Compound & Punishment

• Operating Without Accreditation:
  • Fine up to RM50,000 or imprisonment up to 5 years, or both, under the National Skills Development Act 2006.
• Fraudulent Certification or Misrepresentation:
  • Fine up to RM30,000 or imprisonment up to 3 years, or both.
• Non-Compliance with SLDN Standards:
  • Providers may face revocation of accreditation or suspension of operations.
