As a Project Admin at Conzlab Berhad, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth execution of projects related to business licensing and compliance. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing project documentation, and ensuring that all project activities align with government regulations and company standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced consulting environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain and update project records, documents, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in preparing licensing applications, permits, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple licensing and compliance projects.
  • Develop project timelines, set milestones, and track deliverables.  
  • Ensure timely completion of licensing applications and approvals.  

Must Have

  •  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably in a consulting or regulatory compliance environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in business licensing, regulatory compliance, or working with government agencies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of financial tracking and budget management.
